Hi,

How can I do for plotting current in Cadence with simulator Spectre.

Thanks in advance.

plotting current vs. v on cadence

Try such a way. In Analog Environment Menu choose plot->outputs->selected and than select with the mouse curcor not wires, but terminals of elemencts (resitors, transistors e.g.)

how to plot current in cadence

don't forget the current first

u must save the current before simulation

cadence plot current

if you click on the pin/terminal of the component, a oval will appear at that pin. it mean current will be plotted.
