Which companies are known best for their PLL designs?

You can use NE567. it is for low frequency application.

Can you be more specific? what is the part number? or full name of the series..

I searched google for 56X and all he gaved me was CD-ROM series.

What companies are manufactoring such series?

Do you know about a PLL that the OSCin (reference oscillators) is in the range of

40 KHz and the Output is in the range of up to 100 MHz?
