which pll ic available in india

I want a pll ic which is available in INDIA(bangalore) and it should not be a smd.

If you are looking for a dip-switch type, motorola has quite a few.
I would recomend an I2C type which is easily controlled by an ATMEL or PIC mcu. A good choice is the TSA5511-2.
There are quite a few schematics along with software available all over the net.
It is stocked by most TV/VCR parts suppliers, and can be found in a lot of philips surplus tuners.
