Please tell me the soluition for the question i have attached below.
Im getting different answer as i approached differntly, now im confused which mathod is right.

Kindly tell me the answer, if possible give some explanation

**** both the variables are independent

We can find out the solution by finding out the pdf of z, or else we can find out by finding out the common region of existance of x and y. but both the approaches are giving different ans.

P(Z≤-2) =F(Z=2) =1/3 u have to find cdf of Z its equal to 1/3 for -2≤x<-1
