RFMD, Maxim, any more?

RF. 800Mhz!

I suggest is MOS type of transistor. It is stable than HBT.

Thanks! I will have a look at thest webs.

Have anybody uesed a PA for CDMA2000? What part number is it?

For CDMA2000 1xRTT would work any CDMA PA designed for cdmaONE (IS95).
From my experience is only 1 - 2 dB degradation of ACPR using CDMA2000 1xRTT vs IS95 modulation.
Below is a list of the most common CDMA PA’s for mobiles (cell and PCS)on the market:

SE5103
SE5106
AWT6111
AWT6112
AWT6113
RMPA0959
RMPA1951
RF3100
RF6100
RM912
CX77140
CX77157
SKY77149
SKY77154
SKY77175
CHP0225

I didn’t find any CDMA Power Amplifiers made by these two companies (Hittite or Transcom).
