I am a complete novoice in the field of electronics.

I need to build a power supply circuit and my requirement is as below:

Input - 230VAC
Output - 5V DC and Current has to be 1A to 1.5A
Output connection - 2 Female USB ports. (When 1 device is connected, full current will pass through load. When two devices are connected, current is divided.)

The size of the circuit should not exceed 35mmx35mm. Little bigger will be OK.

Can somebody please give me a complete circuit diagram so that I can get the components and assemble it? Please help me.

Best Regards,
Nikhil

It is unfortunate that this is a common question.
You're going to need to be more than a novice to build a power supply circuit, there's no way for beginners to do power electronics as it is not a simple topic.

It'll be much easier (and safer, as you say are a novice) to buy a 5V phone or tablet charger and use that for whatever you're doing. Smartphone chargers typically supply 1A, and tablet chargers go up to 2A. They are typically not very large, and if you're feeling adventurous you can cut them out of their housing and work just with the PCB which will obviously be smaller in size. I take no responsibility for your safety though, you take your own risks with the electronics.

That will not help. I need to make at least 1000 per month once the design is successful. This has to be mass production design.

I doubt you can design and economically make such devices without a good electronics design knowledge and background.
There are many USB chargers like you need on the market, often at low cost. Try find the Chinese makers and save your money and effort.
TRy Alibaba,Chinese e-bay...

Nikhil,
1000 what? Pound sterling? Rubles? Rupees? Dollars?

I am being honest, and I do not mean to be disrespectful, so my apologies if I seem that way.
5v power supplies on average don't cost much at all because they are now so common for smartphones and tablets. You can buy generic off-brand chargers for a few dollars at most (as I am in India, that translates to a few hundred rupees)
And I will repeat myself: power electronics is a difficult and very involved subject, not for novices in electronics. If this is for your own personal usage and education, that is not an issue - however, for mass production, you must consider:
1) there is already a huge supply of these chargers literally all over the world and
2) no one is going to simply give you a circuit design. At most, someone can help you design your own circuit, or if you pay them, might design it for you.
