Please help: Schottky diode in cadence

Dear all,

i want to simulate an ideal schottky diode using Cadence. The schottky diode in the analoglib does not work!
Error: instance of an undefined model

The other parts like resistors work very well.

any ideas?

I think you forget connect spice model (text file)...
For example like this (but for semiconductor diode):

.model XXXX D (Is=13.5f Rs=98.87 Ikf=52.52u N=1 Xti=2 Eg=.89 Cjo=14f
+ M=.5 Vj=.625 Fc=0 Isr=100p Nr=2 Bv=6 Ibv=100u Tt=1p)
*****
where XXXX - diode model name
Vj for schottky diode < Vj for semiconductor diode
