Please help me with LM628

Hi Guys,
I want to control a motor with the IC LM628. I read the data sheet and I have some ideas of what program i should download to the chip. The problems are that:
1. I have no idea how to download the written code to the LM628 memory
2. I don't have a compiler that will transform my commands to code of numbers
may be somebody can help me?
