I have a power supply schematic for led lamp such as below link. This diagram, mark of U2 IC is SMD1002 - 802MS - TPU700 (3 line). I try found on google but not found datasheet. I don't know what's U2 IC. Who can help me, please? Attachments mach nguon den led.JPG 63.2 KB · Views: 195

What is U2? Maybe a timer IC. However its pin numbers don't match the 555. Notice it has 'SMD' in the part no. If that stands for surface mount then you might want to try a larger component that's easier to work with. By the way do you know that's a mighty complicated circuit for such a simple job as powering an LED?
