Hi every one!
I have a power supply schematic for led lamp such as below link.
This diagram, mark of U2 IC is SMD1002 - 802MS - TPU700 (3 line). I try found on google but not found datasheet.
I don't know what's U2 IC. Who can help me, please?

The circuit containing U2 is undoubtedly for the purpose of generating rapid pulses which turn the mosfet Q1 on and off.

What is U2? Maybe a timer IC. However its pin numbers don't match the 555.

Notice it has 'SMD' in the part no. If that stands for surface mount then you might want to try a larger component that's easier to work with.

By the way do you know that's a mighty complicated circuit for such a simple job as powering an LED?
