Please help me find the necessary files for the old LDMOS MRF9060

Dear all,
мy attempt at non-linear simulation in AWR DE is at a dead end. I downloaded RF_POWER_AWR_DESIGNKIT_AWRE_V13 , but there is no installation *.ini file.
There was such a topic on the forum, but it was not continued - they advised to load the DK under a specific element and *.ini for, in my case - old model MRF9060.
Please help ме, thank you !

I have no user exp. for AWR. That part was made obsolete for a reason.
