please help me i want to use cox model to solve the problem about survival analysis and i just only know
h(t) = h0(t) x exp(bage.age + bduration.duration + ... + blocation.location) and
ln h(t) = ln h0(t) + bage.age + bduration.duration + ... + blocation.location.
please help me i don't know every thing example what h0(t) come from please help me
