please help I need tetramax ATPG tool

I have seared alot in the internet about Tetramax ATPG tool and I didn't find a link to install it
can you help me from where I can install it and can be work on windows platform
I need it because I have project and I need to generate test patterns and then calculate the power and current plzzzzzz I need it ASAP
