I have some difficult at making micro wirless about Oscillator using BJT 2n2222
please give me document how to calcul frequency Oscillator
,the theory about FM,basic guide ocsillator
thank you
 

What frequency are you operating this at? This transistor has a Ft of 350 MHz at 20 mA and it declines to 150 MHz at 2 mA. It cannot oscillate at anything near these frequencies once you include the losses in the passive components.
