Doesn't matter which one you will use, they will all have ripple more than 10+ mV. It is up to you to provide LC-filtration right next to DC/DC converter.

According to its datasheet even LINEAR REGULATOR TexasInstruments TPS78633
has Ultralow Noise (48 µVRMS ) and high power supply ripple rejection ratio, but mostly below 1Mhz.
Since I need +3,3V to power video ADC/DAC, then to understand if this IC is suitable - I need to know the +5V PC Power Supply ripple/noise spectrum.
If it is mostly below 1Mhz, then TPS78633 seems to be acceptable.
