It is a device for everyone who make boards in photo-chemical method. You can use an old scanner and old lamp of face tanner. The platesetter has a clock programmed on processor Attiny2313 set up to 10 minutes, which is sufficient enough. Instead of standard chokes and starters, the device uses electronic regulation made of energy saving bulbs.
