Hi,
Digikey shows only 1 TO-3PF ultra fast diode in the TO-3PF package.
So We couldn't add this to a board as it would be a nil-stock risk.
Is there another plastic package diode in a case size bigger than TO220?
What we would like is a plastic TO247 but that doesn't exist.
Spec we need is >200V and trr <75ns
