PICKIT2 clone with schematics and pcb in pdf format for DIY

Here is my simplified and tested pickit2 schematic with pcb in pdf format working fine for me.

The top is mirrored and could do with some tidying up.

Are you going to make this board yourself or get it made somewhere cheap? You may need to adjust the size of your pads as you have a very small amount of land left after the hole which will lead to very little solder to form a good joint.

Why have you hatched the copper? It will make it harder for you to etch yourself.

What software did you use?
 

I did it using toner transfer with no problem, The full solid pattern may cause PITA for Laser jet so I decided to Hatch the patterns.

The mirrored Top is necessary for the silk screen, while doing toner transfer.
