PIC16f877A to PIC16f877A communication with rs232 interface

I want to use rs232 interface to communicate with more than one pic (they have different clock frequency)
the transmitter pic has clock (4000000 Hz)
the receiver pics have clock(1843200 Hz)
when I am trying to communicate it is not happening, I am using pic ccs c, any help please?
