Hi all, do you known a PIC programer via USB port, because my new PC doesn't have any parallele port or rs232 port ???

You can buy a USB-RS232 convertor. It may be useful if you will
try to use USART of PIC.

Did you consider getting one of those PCI cards with serial ports ? They are not very expensive. I think that a serial port is not something to give up for an embedded developer yet.

In USB to serial it maybe not work.

In my experience it not work when I try to download program in to RD2.

Why you try to use programmer with pararel port such as Propic2.
