assembler delay

I am looking for assembler delay routines for PIC micros.
Can someone give me a 1 Second assembler delay routine for a PIC16F628A running at 4MHz clock speed that uses the minuimum code.

Hi, for example, here you have delay with 10ms on 4 MHz,
use you'r logic and create own 1 second delay,
