Hello,

I have a GSM module connected successfully to a 18F25K20 using the hardware UART (RX/TX/GND).

GSM module datasheets often say that it is recommended to also use the RS232 DTR / RTS lines. This does not seem to be a feature of the pic, so I guess I'd have to implement it manually using digital ports. Does it involve a lot, and is it worth it?
