HI All,

I am looking for a photo diode with 3 db electrical cut off frequency of around 40 Ghz. CAn anyone suggest any supplier ?

See U2T from Germany. Even beyond 100GHz if you need...
 
Thanks for reply. I am actually after individual photo diodes with area no more than few micro meter square. Do you know any suppliers?
