hi

can anybody direct me a programmer circuit which support the above microcontroller?

Will flash Magic Support this one ?

I happen to have a few pieces of this controller!!

FM does not support this chip as it is not UART-ISP-able. It can be programmed only in a parallel device programmer. And, as Philips did/does not publish the programming algorithms, there is no el-cheapo homebrew solution. Sorry. Try to get access to a parallel programmer which supports this chip (e.g. asking in some company in your vicinity for help), or you can use these chips as romless...

Ist one is emulator you can check your program with this software
2nd one is assembler works on ms-dos prompt
these tools are for assembly language programming
