How to use the ADS software's DesignGuide load pull to plot the load line? I am using a third-generation semiconductor, a depletion-mode transistor, but the range of my load line is very small. How can I find the correct values? Or did I use the wrong bias voltage? VDS = 21V, VGS = -1.5V, frequency = 30GHz.
