phase sequence control with pic

I'm trying to design a three phase sequence controller. This controller will check if the phase sequence of the three phase utility grid is right or wrong? First thing to do i think is zero cross dedection. Assume that we have no problem about this. After this, i need some ideas or algorithm or something another. Have you got any ideas?

If I am able to monitor indivisual phase amplitude in closed loop, all that much better.
