phase-noise saturation frequency

When run VCO phase noise simulation with PSS+pnoise a message is given in the pnoise output log window that:
The estimated phase-noise saturation frequency is **Hz.
What is phase-noise saturation frequency???

it is the corner offset-frequency for oscillator
but i don't know why the corner offset-frequency for my oscillator is so big, 3.10e+03 hz! Dose anybody know why?
