Friends ..any body can guide me for phase failuire relay... for supply 220v 50Hz this phase failuire relay is working ok,,,,but for supply 110V 60 Hz this relay is not working so please suggest me the proper solution..I am waitng for your valuable reponse.''

If it's rated to work on 220V the chances are 110V is not enough to energise it's coil. You need to substitute it with a 110V rated one.
