Hi,
I have a rectangular waveguide on which I've defined primary/secondary boundary conditions on the side walls, and I've placed two wave-ports at the beginning and ends of the waveguide. When I simulated the simulation file, it showed me this error:

Port refinement, process hf3d error: Matching boundary LatticePair1_Master1 touches non-Floquet port 1

However, when I defined a region box around my waveguide it simulated easily.

When all media is PEC why does it say a touch between primary/secondary and a wave port but if I create a distance, this touch is removed?
