Hi all,
what is TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS_RF and TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS?
Often I am using TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS . It means that width and length only specified.
TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS_RF means that length , width and number of fingers specified.
1.My question is for example, I used W=2 and No of fingers =50 instead of W=100um, I have
obtained same performance of using 100um but power consumption is affected (increased) .
Is it correct? or what is the reason?
2. For designing MOS varactor, there is large variations in Q factor of using TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS_RF and TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS. Q factor is affected using no of fingers.
3.Now I am not working in cadence. In futurem I should use. For cadence, Is TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS_RF and TSMC_CM013RF_NMOS are available in PDK? If i am transferring from ADS to Cadence, any performances will be affected? Which one I have to prefer?
Please clarify my doubts.
