Hi, i have a problem. I'm new to electronics, and i have started a project for non-newbies to electronics (i think so). I'm just not pretty sure if i have done it right. You can see it from my photo. I don't know if i have brazed the cables to the right places. If i have missed something, please advice me.

What parts i will still need? I've thought about a 12v electric power supply for it, do i need those transistors etc.? I would like a statement about the parts :D

So there is a 35V Peltier-module, and a small DC-fan.
 

Sure is it for 35 v? Not for 3.5 V?
