PCI Board With Xilinx Virtex/Virtex II devices?

Can anyone please suggest a Xilinx Development board with either Virtex or Virtex II devices, and also a PCI interface. This board will primarily be used for implementing IPSec for VoIP. But we would like this to be a general purpose Prototyping board for other applications as well.

Hi,
