Hello,

How do I attach signal integrity PCB3D model in altium designer?

thanks

Aren't those different files?
Signal integrity and PCB3D can both be added on the schematic files. Double click a component and in the "Models" section click "Add.." PCB3D or Signal Integrity.

ya you are right PCB3D and signal integrity are two different model files.

I am looking for both actually....I have a transistor and want to know how to get this transistor PCB3D file and its signal integrity file. For signal integrity I am looking conversion tool from spice(pspice) to .ibis file, I dont know how..I am not sure whether this is possible for transistor as .ibis seems only for ICs, not sure....
How do i convert pspice to .ibis? i tried the S2IBIS3 but i cannot run the application, i am using win os 7
How do i get PCB3D file for the transistor?

thanks
