Hi,

I am putting several small boards into one PCB (FR4) with V-cut in between, just wondering whether I can easily separate them by hand after the SMT. If not, is there any readily available tool (for example, some type of knife) that can do the job? Never did this before, anyone has any experience?

Thanks!

I think as long as your V-Cut is correct you can separate them easily by hand.

Anyone has any experience with this?

I hate to make the board, have the SMT component soldered, only to find out later that it can not be separated! That's why I want to be 100% sure.
