PCB trace acting as antenna

Hello,
Can anyone give the reason how PCB trace acts as antenna at High Speed.

electron moving with variable speed radiate. High speed current is due to high speed electron movement. So it radiates
 

The length of the antenna must be at least (landa/10) and at high speed the pcb traces are very close to the (landa/10) and act as an antenna.
