what do you mean?
if you have the pcb taken from a magazine (hardcopy)
you have to photocopy it with the best photocopy you can get on a transparent paper.

i normally take the copy of artwork to film making people. They make negative or positive as required by pcb manufacturer. They hv got professional equipment to do the job.
