With a FR4 PCB 1.6mm thick 4 layer, 25mm by 50mm how much wattage could we dump into the PCB to get ≤50°C rise?
 

It depends on convection resistance, orientation,solder mask coating air flow velocity copper thickness, Case Rjc

I would guestimate 5W~10W. More important is the Tj, not Tcu to not exceed 50 deg C rise for reliability.
