Whats the difference between PCB Microwave layout & RF layout vs Analog layout. How general guidelines changes? What kind of components will be present ? Routing techniques?

since everything is now surface mount components and leadless chip carriers, there is little difference. I lay everything out roughly the same.

In microwaves, you need a continuous ground plane under ALL of the microwave circuits with NO cuts in the ground plane. Via holes are much closer to the components. there is no relief on the via holes due to inductance. Large sections of metal on the pcb need to have multiple via holes to the ground plane to keep them from resonating.

Analog, you do not have to be so cautious.
