Hello.
I'm using PCBMatrix's LP Calculator and LP Librarian to verify some components, for these tools i have some plb files with data that could be used in auto testing my footprints. But the first part is some kind of encrypted or zipped data.

Anyone have any clue what so ever in how this is translated to
