hai,
I am using proteus ares software to design my pcb layout. I face a simple problem which wasted my hours.
I construct the schematic and done routing for my pcb layout. But now i need to convert the pcb layout back to the schematic. Please anyone give me the instructions

to

Also please mention the icons on the left side of the ares

I'm no sure it can be done but in any case why did you do changes in the PCB instead of the schematic?
All you had to do was change the schematic , save it , and press the ARES button.
The new schematic is applied (loaded) to the PCB designer without loosing any of the previous work, it just shown the additional connections needed or maybe some that are obsolete if connections are removed.

Yhe schematic should always be the controlling document, and always control the PCB parts and conectivity, except for the following caveats, where back annotation from the PCb to Schematic is allowed:
Gate and pin swaps, to improve routability - performed on the PCB and back annotated immediatly to the schematic.
Attributes and metadata create by any high speed routing package, back annotate as above.
In ALL other cases, change the schematic and ECO to the layout.
Follow a strict regime when applying this, it will save problems in the future.
The schematic and PCB should always match each other, when the PCB is released for manufacture.
