high power pcb layout

Need guidelines to design PCB Layout Guidelines for High power supply boards

Thanks in advance.

post psu pcb layout

They are the same as for low power boards BUT you cant ignore them like most people do for low power. By that I mean you cannot run a trace thinner than recommended to try and save money on the PCB. With high power you absolutely need to remember to size your traces to be able to carry the current load. Most people who do low power design can get away with running smaller traces because those designs usually end up in a consumer application in a fairly stable temp environment.

If you have questions about your traces you can and should review your layout with your PCB house.
