am using Protel 99SE for the first time and I have completed the schematic
diagram and created a PBC file with all the appropriate footprints.

The schematic ERC check is OK but when I 'Update PCB.' and press 'Preview
Changes' I get the following errors:

ERRORS: 40 macros can not be executed:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Macro 1: New Node

Add node led-2 to net NetR8_1

Error: Node not found

Macro 2: New Node

Add node d11-2, to net netR1_2

Error: Node not found

Macro 3: New Node

Add node d26-1 to net gnd

Error: Node not found

...

The errors are all Node not found.

In this only shows error for diode, zener diode & led.
& another all component placed perfectly..

so, what's the exactly problem i don't understand..?
why it's shows in only didode, zener diode & Led..?

Hi,

check the connections of these 3 devices on the schematic once. They might not be connected properly.

cheers
skr

LEDs and Diodes have their terminals "wrongly" defined in PCB library. Name - number, Number - letter

Macro 1: New Node

Add node led-2 to net NetR8_1

Error: Node not found

Macro 2: New Node

Add node d11-2, to net netR1_2

Error: Node not found

Macro 3: New Node

Add node d26-1 to net gnd

Error: Node not found

Your LED has pins numbered as A and K, as well as your Diode, so, in fact, you have:
led-K, d11-K and d26-A as correct pins (or led-A, d11-A and d26-K), forgot the correct ones as I've many years ago changed those libraries, even created my own libraries.
