how to check both combined circuit dig & Layout in any softwer..? (Protel 99SE, Orcad 16.3, etc)

AND also tell me eletrical rules for pcb desgn...

What is your question(s)? Are you asking for a complete course on PCB design? I have no idea what "check both combined circuit dig & layout" means. Are you asking how to check your schematic against your layout? There is no single answer; all software is different.

yes, i want to "check both combined circuit dig & layout"......."schematic against your layout". b'coz when we completed project from schematic to pcb layout...then i want to check schematic with layout.....so hw's chek it in protel 99se software...?
