PCB from pads to altium conversion

i just want to know what is the success rate, if i convert a pcb from pads to altium.

has anyone done it before.

Hi,
i converted Pads into Altium (File-->import wizard and choose your pads file and convert it )

but whether the converted files have any issue that need to taken care or it's exactly like the (almost) pads design.

hi,
i converted pads to altium 12 layer board .i got some footprint error like pin no reversed.try less layer count first,like 2 layer.
