Main assumption of this simple PCB etching station was to create a compact device with quite small tank. The tank with the dimensions of 250x170x30mm was made of 4mm thick plexiglass glued using aquaristic silicone, which can be used in temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius, creates elastic joint. A drilled pipe for aeration and mixing the solution and handle for 50W heater were placed inside the tank. The pipe was fixed with screws, which were covered with silicone. They are also used to attach the tank to the base.
The base consists of a can made of 1,5mm steel. AVT 1428 regulates the temperature. The power supply was based on the system 7812. Etching station needs an aerator and switch, which will start it. LEDs on the front panel indicate three temperature thresholds.
The device keeps temperature of approximately 43 degrees Celsius, which is perfect for B327. That temperature can be reached after 15 minutes of operation.
Housing was made of a metal sheet, which was bent and soldered, then ground and filled. You have to make that carefully which is rather time consuming. Base with all the elements can be screwed from the bottom together with legs of plastic. Picture below shows drawing of the sheet:
