Driller presented here allow to drill pcb’s with the bit as thin as 0,2mm. Drill chuck has no runout so bits are not broken. Drill chuck was bought here:
Uchwyty z kompletem zacisków, D-1504, D-1508
The lamp is placed on the top for the convenience. It is a limiter for the current taken by the motor. Without that lamp motor is rather hot, and I do not want to use a voltage regulator.
Time to drill a hole with a 1 mm drill is below one second, so power of the motor is satisfactory.
The target of this Project was to reach the lowest possible price.
