PCB Desoldering Tools

Hi

I am looking for some desoldering tools that can be used to desolder packages like Plastic-DFN, Power Pak SO-8, LFCSP as shown below:

I know that these packages require placing the PCB on a warm air blower for a while before starting the desoldering process and then use a hot air desoldering gun to desolder it.
But i am looking for some other tools that can be used to remove these chips safely.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 

I doubt that the low-temperature solder alloy will work for packages with exposed pad. You absolutely need hot air for rework.

Preheating is generally helpful to reduce thermal stress, but only mandatory for boards with massive copper planes.
