I need a driver for my pattern Generator project, I need it to work up to 100MHz , 18V (50Ohms terminated, so around 9V only).

DO you have any suggestions?

I also need a control for the rise time and fall time. do you have any idea.?

most transistors can do this, it's nothing

Wow! Some transistors could do the job if they are properly connected. ;-)

It is no so simple task in my opinion. Probably the easiest way is to use some buffer OP amp from Maxim( former Elantec products)or AD. Actualy AD8010 is a good choice. It is very siple fir connection but in any case require proper layout and grounding.

Do you know how to implement it (using transistors)? what do you suggest?
