It says in the documentation that I can use windows clipboard to paste images but they won't show up in altium's clipboard for some reason.

I had tried to copy and paste to altium from paint and it worked.

Luis.

I was able to get the clip board to copy the image, but when dragging it on the layer it wouldn't show up.

the thing is that after you paste the image in altium you had to look in which layer is it thats the reason why you dont see it is because is in a mechanical layer but you can change it.

Best Regards.

Still can't get it to copy and paste on any layer. Checked that the right setting for monitoring the clipboard is correct.

you can also use scrip that comes with Altium to convert black and white bitmaps to an Altium PCB file.
Look for the "\DelphiScript Scripts\PCB\PCB Logo Creator\PCBLogoCreator.PrjScr " folder or download it from Altium wiki.

Do you have a mirror link for the script? The wiki doesn't seem to have any download links for the logo generator(my installation also seems to be missing the example folders)
