Passing parameters to Verilog A model using model library in Cadence.

Can anyone who has good knowledge give me a way to send parameters to Verilog A schematic in cadence. Using CDF parameters in every instance is time-consuming as I modeled a MOSFET that needs more than 200 parameters. I have parameters, how Can I send it as a model library?, because the model I created doesn't ask for Model name in instance creation. how to model .sp then?
